any one knows how much ppl charge for demolishing and partitioning work ? is it count by per sq feet ?

for demolishing work, normally they charge by l/sum depending on how big is the area. a wall, 10ft x 10ft (HT), charge for bout 1k to 2k. For partitioning work, 5.50 per sqft. Unless is less than 300 sqft, count in l/sum of 1500.
