I found an apartment for sales, which can rent for RM1.5k
I calculated, my monthly installment will be RM1.2k
And the maintenance fees per month is RM100

Actually, I'm buying a house for my own living.

I like the location.
But some other stuff I don't like, such as:
- The masterbedroom is too small.
- The apartment's lifts are quite old.

But, if buy the house for investment, it's quite good.
As the monthly rental is more than my monthly installment.

Is this a good investment?
