I've been googling n also checked this forum until page 4 n still can't find the addres for Desa Home AV. I'm actually going there now but not sure about actual location. Only know it's in Kepong. Any1 knows the address?

Need to go get a new TV. Hopefully sum1 answers quick coz i'm on the road now looking for the shop. My iPhone Google Maps oso never show.

I have done some visited at Desa HT Lowyat this evening.Done some survey on LCD/Plasma TV.One of the salesman recommend me LG LCD but i'm forgot about their model

Only went there 3 times. Mostly to the branch in Lowyat.

I was recommended by a friend to go see a specific guy there n he'll take care of me. I decided to c what the other salesman will do 1st. Big mistake. The fella was pretty lame. He really pissed off my wife n we left the shop after that.

I ended up cash n carry from Harvey Norman at Ikano. Best thing is the stock available so I took it home in my car straight. Nonid wait for few days for delivery. The 2 salesmen even followed me home to help carry it out of car n into my house. The TV is darn big n heavy so I needed their help. Harvey Norman service rox! Bought the new Philips soundbar that has wireless subwoofer too. Damn cool, no wires. Coz interior design is a top priority for me. Hate all those wires which my current 5.1 system has.

Well, I guess the Desa salesman probably thought I wasn't the kind who would buy 60" TV coz I was wearing my usual koyak Tshirt, shorts n slippers. Hehe. Not my problem, it's his loss, not mine. The 2 Harvey Norman guys were so nice I even tipped them rm20 as a small token of appreciation.

I have this experience before.Some salesman just looking from customers appearance only.Before this I came to one electrical shop at ampang area to buy washing machine.Same as you I just wearing crumpled shirt and toilet slippers .When I just entered at the shop,nobody come and ask me what i am looking for.Most of them just pull a face when looking at me.I left the shop after that and go to Harvey Norman.Same as like you say salesman at Harvey Norman very friendly although you just wearing toilet slippers.I ended buying that stuff there...

Kekeke. If he see my car even worse. He will think I'm the chauffeur curi curi use boss car. Then he will recommend me to buy 32" TV oni.

Probably they didn't know where you stay until they make delivery.

No delivery coz I told them I wanna take home n watch immediately. So I just cash n carry. Straight went home n started enjoying the new TV. Hehe. Will take sum pics afterwards n post in the pinned thread later. Now going to sleep 1st. Watching new TV whole of last night, damn sleepy now. Hehe

I bought the LG60PS80 coz I looooove the 1piece design. Was actually thinking about the Samsung 63 coz kiasu want the extra 3". Hehe. But in the end I still buy back LG coz I memang like LG. Now all 3 plasmas in my hse is LG family. Hehe.

I have not visited Desa HT in Kepong.
Usually i go to lowyat Plaza because it's near to my workplace & house, one thing i like about this shop is they never bother me when i want to look at their displays, and make my own choice.

This thread however makes me interested to go to Kepong and see what happen there

Found with ronald's help. But the salesman sooooooooo pandai to make my wife angry. I was only mildly annoyed with the fella's ways but I wasn't really bothered coz I was gonna call the guy my friend recommended. But u know la, once the wife get's pissed, hell hath no fury like an angry woman. Kakakakaka.

So I left n went to Harvey Norman. Hehe

LOL..bought my Samseng from there also..price very reasonable..i gotta admit some of the staffs are bad..some very gd ler...hehe..

I have bought my HT set 2 years ago. Their services quite good...
