QUOTE(De_Cruelz @ May 15 2005, 05:03 PM) Evo, what exactly did you do to revive your TMSP? I tried mine again once and managed to boot in with just the problematic stick. After that it wouldn't boot already and I got lazy so decided to put it back in the cover. De_Cruelz ... i read over XS and find there are many others having same problem as yours but most of them using winbond UTT (VX/TMSP/Mushkin blue...etc).... Hopefully I can make the RAM work again. I'm already short of so much money and a dead stick now is gonna set me back more read it here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=62804 Hope DFI take note of this problem... |

QUOTE(remysix @ May 22 2005, 09:55 PM) dinster will help me to RMA but still need to get a green light from OCZ support, I guess...just like with Corsair...so still waiting patiently and hopefully it's not gonna be one week to get a feedback... i read your thread at OCZ forum... sorry to hear thatanyway i think you should only tell them that it is not stable at Default timing(2.5-4-4-8) & Default rated voltage(2.6v) according to the rated spec: http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memo...es_dual_channel coz i'm not sure that OCZ give any warranty support if you state that 1st you already running it at 3.2V . then onli try rated timing . Not sure Value VX warraty up to 3.2V vdimm... correct me if i'm wrong just my 2 cents This post has been edited by tictac: May 22 2005, 10:55 PM |

QUOTE(irenic @ May 26 2005, 08:20 PM) kianwee, any other tccd setting that can do 300htt stable? i tried so far none of them stable.. and i dunno which one to tweak.. to many settings lol coz multiplier 9.5 will run your memory on divider300mhz fail memtest after a few secs now i'm running at 285x9.5 = 2.7ghz and what is the diff between 270x10 n 285x9.5? i mean why cpuz still detect my ram at 270mhz eventhough i set 1:1 285htt * all .5 multi will run memory on divider 285x 9.5 memory speed = 190/200 x 285Mhz = 270.75MHz |
