mostly pencil mod makes me worried is the peformance when overheating.
can it tahan, survive under 60 degrees?

hi.. i have a prob with my mobo.. everytime after i o/c, my bios will reset 2 default once reboot.. i'm using the latest bios btw.. now i'm checking if my mobo's batt. is dead or not.

I got problem with my mobo. Situation like this:-

-Before this i'm using Opty 144 with stock HSF and idle around 38c (i heard got another forumer got around 31c-34c. After i'm changing my stock HSF to Scythe Ninja, the temp still same. Just only different when load, stock 55-59c : Ninja 50-53c. I'm also have tried to put outside casing and the temp is still problem. Idle 38c. Isn't because my sensor problem?

-Another problem is my ram cannot go another divider. Just can boot to Windows at divider 1/2 100mhz. More than that, it will restart again until i changing divider to 1/2. Using with Kingston HyperX KHX3200AK2/1GB chipset CH-5.

Bought this mobo Dec last year and my mobo is DFI Lanparty SLi-D.

using xp-90c, vantec 92mm tornado@2700rpm.
the temperature showed is only 38~39

what i suggest is please check ur heatpipe.
ah_khoo, i suggested u to check ur XP120 heatpipe too...
lastime forgot bout it.
sumtimes heatpipe malfunction may cause this problems.

bro, kinda high    mine now priming at 2.8G @ 1.43v in bios reading or 1.42v in DMM reading, using xp90c pair with 92mm fan @ 2.2krpm, 38~39'c

update 4 ur info. my RAMs cant do 300HTT even at 5:6 divider. i think that is the max for cheapop BT-D43 can do. i pass the 32mb calculation but when i put 300HTT even at 1.55vcore, my system cant boot, probably by my RAMs. so, unofficially current highest attempt was 2.9Ghz@ 1.42vcore.

try either 2.5-3-4-7 or 2.5-4-3-7.

i've tested a pair of ram, when doing 2.5-4-3-7 will give ton of errors in memtest but 2.5-3-4-7 give no errors in both memtest and sp2004.

just noticed your setting, Idle Cycle Limit suppose set to 256 for tccd. btw, you have to try play with the setting since you set "auto" in certain significant setting.

gsan is correct, manually set your timings. Some are the important factors to achieve stable like Trfc, Drive STrength, Tref, Data Strength, Skew.....

nice job. ur PI 32mb even faster than mine(2.85Ghz). izzit caused by the mem timmin' coz mine were 3-4-4-8

so which setting is the key point to prime stable? 

Have you tried 4708 for the tref? It seems the best for chage-n-go's TCCD, but you have to change drive strength and data strength too.

lol i understand how you feel. I tweaked my system for a month when i got my expert. The higher level of data strength usually leads to instability faster. So i suggest you try from level 1 to level 4. THis should saves you some time. Drive STrength.....Level 1(weak) is the weakest, Level 7(weak) is the closest to Normal, so i suggest you try from level 1.
