well, are u aure that 7300GT are working fine?
try 2nd slot on ultra-D. possible slot 1 not compatible??
well, im using Biostar Egate 7300GT DDR3 doing SLI on my ultra-D. its working great~.

wat breand of GC u using?

hi guys, i'm a new LANPARTY UT nF4 ULTRA-D user here.
sorry if this questions have been asked b4. laugh.gif
i tried to make my ram to Dual chanel, so i plugged my ram at slot 2&4.
but every time i did that my mobo can't turn on and i t gives beep sound.. laugh.gif

what RAM you're using?in order to get DC (Dual Channel), it is highly recommended identical RAM, same clock speed. BH-5 for example use yellow slot while TCCD use orange slot...

mine is Gskill. i think F1-4000 2gbhz. right now i put one orange and one yellow.
u guys know how to make it dual channel?? thnx~!!


neway, i'm just wondering why i can't push my opty 144 further?
damn.. hehhe laugh.gif the max i can get is 255mhz (2.29Ghz)
i did try raised the vcore for 260mhz... but always get BSOD...
can somebody help me? thnx~!!!

plug only one stick to the orange slot...
then on the pc, enter bios...
set all ur dram timing to manual...

my experience is some proc doesn't recognized dram setting in auto for 2x1gb ram...

in order to get DC, it must in either 1-3 or 2-4 slot...yes, mr. Westley's right, some won't be able to recognize don't know why.

as for vCORE, try run stock vCORE (1.400V), see if the CPU can go further with stock vCORE, Priming/SP2004/OCCT will do the job for stability test.

if u dont mind, can brief more regarding ur setting during the overcloking period, i mean the ram used(chipset), timming, vdimm, processor HT multi, HTT, vcore etc else.. smile.gif

maybe we can check it for ya wink.gif

BSOD on which part, loading into windows or in the middle of desktop (successfully boot and loaded into windows). you sure you've increase vCORE to say maybe 1.45vCORE instead of 1.400vCORE?

BSOD while in the middle of desktop...yup, i sure i increase the vcore already.. i did until 1.50v, but still can't.. icon_question.gif

ref clock (HTT) = 260
cpu HT multi= x9 ( i think)
vdimm=default
vcore=i tried raise it to 1.45 and 1.5 the same thing happens.. (BSOD while in the middle of desktop)
Ram= GSKILL F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ (dunno the chipset.. UCCC i think..)
at that time i put my ram divider for 2/3
and the timing was 2-2-2-5

what the HTT multi value?? since default value were x5, try lower it to x4 or x3 smile.gif

btw, what psu u using? afraid if cap ayam psu, might oso holding u from getting stable highest possible clock

260HTT x4 already 1040, try lower it summore to x3
dont let the HTT x multi over than 1k. it will affect the stability of ur machine smile.gif

try 1 stick 1st, boot into BIOS and set the DDS/DS as well as the ram divider 166MHz, plug into another stick, and enter BIOS set back the divider to 1:1

Try increase Vdimm to 2.8 and see. Had your same problem also. Increased Vdimm. Everything ok.

doh.gif...your UCCC @2-2-2-5? try loosen it, i found it stable at loosest timing (3-4-4-8) and hit 533MHz (using Kingston KVR (Samsung UCCC Chip). set vDIMM @2.8vDIMM while vCORE at stock...1.5vCORE is way too much for such at that speed. for HTT, do make sure it's below 1GHz. even mine set at HTT x1...

thnx guys. just now i put both of my rams on orange slots and now it's already on dual channel... but then, i try to oc my cpu, again i can only reach 255Mhz, sometimes my comp will hang/ auto restart. laugh.gif

i haven't tried to increase my Vdimm yet, but i'll try. neway, i thougth when we want to oc our cpu we have to make the divider 2/3 right? and at the same time do we have to change the timing?? thnx!~!! laugh.gif notworthy.gif
