You can use either one, but -1 works best for me (TCC5). -2 works best for my TCCD.

my corsair need 3.2v wen running 290*10 at 2.5-4-4-8
izzit to high for my vdim?
*
3.2V is a bit too high. I just need 2.8V to reach DDR600 on my OCZ Plat Rev.2 @ 2.5-4-3-7

Usually i use 2.8V + 0.3 enable

That is a loose timing i gave you. You can try to improve by tightening it. See if this helps you.

You have to create a bootdisk, then unzip everything inside the disk

Then type:

awdflash BIOSFILE.BIN /py /sn /cd /cp /cc /LD /R /f

under A:\

I tried almost all settings and found out that lower LDT voltage gave me more stability. I tried 1.4 and 1.5 and can't pass SuperPI 32M no matter what configuration I use. I'm best with 1.3 and nothing more than that.
