b) ATM Machine - yes
c) Washroom - yes
d) Public Telephone Booth - yes
e) Walkway for disability - yes
f) Baby Changing Room - not sure
g) Lift - yes
h) Escalator - yes
i) Post Office - yes
j) Money Changer - yes
k) Prayer room/ Surau - yes
l) Financial Institution - do you mean bank? Used to have CIMB but now no more. so no.

3 carpark basement (but b3 usually close). so B3 B2 B1 G 1 2 3 4 5 i guess. Maybe got more after 5, I seldom go top floor.
