nono... i don't think so... some damn employer will take this opportunity to push down ur pay... they even can say u r unable to make a such rocket jump.... they will determine how many percent for offering ur pay based on ur current one... lets say only offer u 30% increase from your current salary of RM2500 where u r already at Senior Manager level..
