Everki manufacture all of their products to meet their superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Everki product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Everki Lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear caused by the owner of the pack. You can always come back to us or I know you've registered your pack at Everki site, you can contact Everki HQ for further assistance.
