Had a friend who was looking for a new comp with heavy processing power. Suggested a 1090T. Can't find it anywhere at Lowyat or Digital Mall. Isn't it more than a month already?

4GHz? Hmm. Those that I saw doing that is only the 1090t with the unlocked multiplier. Anyway will search it up.

Option 1. I once suggested to a friend Option 2 myself when he was shopping for a new pc. The hexa-cores were simply unavailable everywhere. Searching all of Imbi/Lowyat/Digital Mall only netted him one 1055T proc, the only one that can be found.

Yeap, C-Zone told him they will preorder only if he bought the full rig from them.

^ That's what I posted some time back in this thread. Nobody is willing to preorder a 1090T for you unless you buy full pc, and 1055T is extremely rare.
