I really2 appreciate who can help me overclock my new system at stable condition..below are my specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE
Asus Crosshair III Formula
Corsair Dominator CL9 4GB 1600Mhz
Cooler - Prolimatech Mega Shadow
Chasis - Thermaltake Spedo Advance Package
XFX 5770 Crossfire

I want to overclock to 3.8 - 3.9Ghz..no more than that...please..help me..thank you...by any means..if u're using same specs with me...please post your setting or list ur setting here..THANKS!!!
