the tmpin for cpu differ from mobo model/manufacturer..
and everest also will show the same reading as HW monitor since same sensors..

yalor... my bet is most will work well @ stock. oc mileage still depends on how good a board is. one thing for sure is d board must have pretty strong pwm in order to clock thuban. (*sarcasm mode on) those crappy boards owners like biopening can totally forget bout oc a thuban on their el cheapo boards...

but the tdp is same like the quad..
old board should support right?

LOL i don't think OC'ing can be put into equation when using thuban on my lil bro's mobo, its an old MSI K9A2-CF which has a very weak pwm's config..
It can only support up to 95W cpu's

i think quad core @ 125w is diff from 6 core @ 125w bro... i mite be wrong thou...

that board better off coupled w/ dually only bro... don't torture it.. kesian...

yup, but i bet it wont affect much, maybe just add in few microcodes for chip detection.

collectin later bro, chip + board + ram @ slightly less than rm300, i doubt i can build any ddr3 rig w/ that kinda budget... no doubt 880 is nice, but i'm eyin 890fxe...

lesson learn from 770-g45, never ever settle w/ low end boards from higher class manufacturers, if budget limited, insist on biostar which reasonably priced.
