even without a be chip it's still possible to run ya ram @ rated freq, thou d no of combo are not as much as BE chips. u just need to couple appropriate htt & ram divider, as simple as that. 

for day to day activities, i doubt ram will affect much (com'on, dun tell me u can't wait just few seconds/minutes). most ppl gettin performance ram for one reason only - braggin right...  joke aside, as long as u can live with it (low scores in benchies), value ram aint that bad. if u get lucky, u mite have d chance to brin ya value ram near to performance ram level.

it depends on the mobo, probably auto for the board is 1.376V
