QUOTE(cloudwan @ May 17 2010, 09:05 PM) We all just use hardware monitor to monitor unlocked cpu's.. Just refer to the tmpin0, tmpin1 & tmpin2.. and also the most sensitive to the cpu stress.. To know which one is which just do a little experiment by running ur cpu at its normal setting (cores not unlock) and see which temp reading is similar to the cpu temp reading |

QUOTE(kuntawakaw @ May 17 2010, 09:56 PM) no..stock is 200mhz... HTT = fsb (default value is 200) rite? then what is HTT in bios (i think max value is 3000MHz, default 2000MHz). HT link is 2000MHz (default), but i reduce it to 1800MHz because i read somewhere it is more stable if lower. this HTT & HT things makes me ht link is 2000mhz now (last time 1000mhz iinm).. NB freq is 2000mhz.. ok..which one?kekekek time to consult unker google again. |

hi all.. its my first time here.. i bought phenom 2 x2 555 today.. so i wanted to overclock it which i already did, to 3.5 ghz..
i didnt want to OC more since im a "24 hours pc on" type.. so what i want to know is what is the safe temperature for this proc, for 24 hours run (more time idling)? i tried google it, well, some say 60-70.. im kinda skeptical =_= ive been keeping it around 50, is it safe? im using stock fan btw, putting it on 80% of the maximum rpm using amd overdrive.. |

It is good processor given if you have AM2+ ACC based motherboard.
Get the Model:AD5000ODJ22GI Core:CACVC Revision:AC Date:0937 Stepping:DPMW/DPNW/DPOW: RM260 "Guarantee Unlocked & Fully Tested" You have free X4 in cheap price, but do let us know your motherboard. |

QUOTE(kuntawakaw @ May 18 2010, 08:04 AM) may i give u some opinion? I would have to agree with kunta with this, a lil bit more can get u a 555 that can be use for both AM2+ & AM3 mobo.. Plus its a C3 stepping somemore.. indeed that quad is cheap..but the multi is too low.. u hard to get it run at high speed...no future proof also...2nd hand 550BE that unlocked might be selling around 300 at GS.. just add few more bucks. Plus its a C3 stepping somemore.. yeah...555BE go to new one..since unlock rate is high..if used 555BE used will be more expensive compared to new that not confirm can unlock ( i think)..BTW kunta, sure is a lot of 555 users in this thread nowadays, 955 users like me and verdict are getting extinct me using 4000+ x2..im the one of my kind lol..all extinct already |
