Hi everyone..i nid ask sometihng...i'm using kingston 667mhz CL5 2Gb value ram..I setting FSB:DRAM from 667mhz to 1066mhz with timing 6-6-6-30 and add voltage 2.0.. Izzit it call overclock memory? sorry..noob here ^^ biggrin.gif

yes..u can check u'r current ram speed with CPU-Z

it depend on your motherboard chipset. most of the low and mid end or even some highend board dont have the chip now for cost saving, so everest cant detect it.

can overclock to DDR2 1066 6-6-6-30 at 2.0v?

Not really, sure it's running 1066 but the timing is too loose at cl6...
I bet a 800mhz 4-4-4-12 will perform better.

CAS6 is kinda loose.
Try run 4-4-4-12 @ 800MHz or 5-5-5-15 @1066Mhz.

Agree with you sir, the method TS using is simple oc, slide adjustment oni.

Try to play with FSB/HTT and see the diff! blush.gif
