Hi,
I would like to check on the renovation price by sq ft around Klang Valley. My contractor quoted me around RM80 psf. This RM80 is without window and tiles. Please advise on the price if you have experience on renovation. Thanks.
Joe

Getting Started

It would be more proper to approach a reputable or recommended contractor / architect / interior designer to give you a proper quote and preferably based on your home for reference - rather than obtaining a rough quote here which would most likely mislead you and provide you with wrongful expectations.

If u build a house, the construction cost complete with window, doors, normal priced tiles + piping + wiring is approx 100-120/sqf.
So u go figure if RM80/sqf for only renovation without window & tiles is ridiculous or reasonable.

The question asked is a bit too wide.
Quality of renovation item, and how the renovation is carried out, dictate the cost of renovation, not only size.
