there's a bug with the ringing tone. There's a workaround on it, you have to set your mobile network to WCDMA only. You can do this by going to Settings >  Wireless & networks > Mobile network > Network Mode. This may use bit more batteries but it solves the problem. I think HTC is aware of this and on going solution is on its way.

HI, it doesnt work on my legend, after setting to WCDMA only, same things happened, the ringtones becomes soften after few seconds. any other solution. pls advise. tq

hi need to confirm before I update, is it necessary to sync to my laptop before update ? After update, will the application all missing? And need to reinstall back.

hi all, anybody facing the ringtones soften problem when there is an incoming call
I am facing this problem since day 1 i bought, already try to remove the battery and place it back , change network setting but the problem still there. anybody can help me to solve it. pls.....
