hey guys im new here n interested in getting this phone but what does rooted means it means jailbreak like iphone? besides that i heard the android 2.2 is cool and is legend's spec capable to fit android 2.2 running on it?

I noticed after i uninstalled Advance Task Killer my legend battery life is better and the alarm clock is working.

I can't remember if it's for this specific problem but try setting your Network Mode to WCDMA Only and see if it resolves this issue. IIANM, it will fix it but the downside is... you're on WCDMA only

you can only connect to 3G/HSDPA signals.. in areas with no 3G/HSDPA coverage.. you're stuck

I dont feel sharp edge at all. In fact I love it bare naked.

Have seen the videos of some of HTC's newer phones being tortured but I think I'll still take minimal precautions to safeguard the pristine condition of my Legend anyhow

I read in XDA forum that someone actually had keys and coins inside his pocket along with Legend and so far no scratches on the screen nor peel off on the aluminium body.

i wanna ask, i have some issues with my HTC Legend since the first few days of using it... now its already a month and i'm still facing more and more problem... could this be a software bug or hardware issue?

1. the screen is unusable after making a long call that makes the phone hot...
2. When i rapidly click the menu button, the menu becomes the decrease volume rocker where by when i click the menu button, it will cause my full blast ringtone to become vibrate only and start to vibrate my phone non stop
3. When the vibrate things happen, i restart the phone, as the moment i restart the phone, it goes into one colourful screen where theres a fastboot, clear storage and so on...

Please help me, should i take back to DiGi to claim warranty??
