I need some advice estimation of renovation cost for 2.5 storey house (22 x70)

I just need simple renovation as below,

1.)Kitchen cabinet
2.)Lights / wiring /
3.)Main gate extend (Include electronic gate) so 2 car can be park inside the house.

*any suggestion for other item / basic requirement for 2.5 sty house ?

I have totally no experience in renovation, as this might be my first house and i need to plan for the budget on renovation.

need to add.
grills
water heater

network cable (make sure every floor has a point - and then wireless AP)
ac point (if need repositioning)
tel line

the best option : visit and ask your neighbour for good + cheap contractor/supplier (save time and $$)

what about extend of car porch, kitchen, wardrobe,home alarm security system, cctv, window grille and gate, doors & main door, locks & pad locks, plaster ceiling, 3 phase wiring, extra piping, shower screen etc....

wow....seem like more and more item need to be included in the list.

No wonder , people say owning landed unit is not easy..seem like i need to prepare more $$$
