It maybe a silly question, just would like to know will it possible connecting ASTRO video to a PC nearby then broadcast using WIFI connection and playback inside my bedroom's PC or laptop?

Yes, it's possible. Attach a vidcap device to the PC, connect Astro to vidcap device, then install VLC on the PC and set it up to stream the content. On the other PC in bedroom, also install VLC and set it to connect to the server.
