It's quite normal la bro... Don't worry. Experienced or expert user also know about this. There is no perfect value and speed in pc. Let's say for example, the core clock is 1.5GHz(written on the OEM box) but it actual speed is not at 1.5, maybe 1.45 or something but it also very close to 1.5. [/url] Some USB Flash driver also, you may try yourself, plug in a any flash drive into your pc, and then check the capacity of the drive, if you plugged in a 2GB flash drive, it might show not 2GB actually, maybe something like 1.8x or 1.9x.
It is normal, don't worry.
