 Overclocking problem, my pc wont boot up n im new to oc[noob]

i just increase the multiplier to 19 n voltage around 1.5V, but my pc cant boot up,
dont want to play with fsb and other thing, because i dont know how to play with setting.
This is my spec:
AMD Phenom II X4 955
MSI 790GX-G65 790GX

do i still have to change other setting to make it work?

how high you can go with stock vcore?
what ram you are using?

i dun remember, even with multiplier 18 it still dont boot up..
btw, im using standart kingston ddr3 1333 ram
an idle temp is 39

maybe you try clear cmos first, and then try again with x18..

Haha..last time i use 955 to oc until 4.05ghz..u can try to up ur cpu volt to 1.55,but watch out d temp,dun over 65 degree..
