Overclocking problem, my pc wont boot up n im new to oc[noob]

i just increase the multiplier to 19 n voltage around 1.5V, but my pc cant boot up,
dont want to play with fsb and other thing, because i dont know how to play with setting. This is my spec: AMD Phenom II X4 955 MSI 790GX-G65 790GX do i still have to change other setting to make it work? |

i dun remember, even with multiplier 18 it still dont boot up..
