just use poslaju..the malaysian carrier would be by poslaju, but for international shipping, the carrier (from malaysia to overseas) normally fedex/dhl and some by pos malaysia. then once reach to the country, the carrier will be the local post company. as far as the tracking is concern, using poslaju wont be a problem. but for posdaftar tracking will be a bit lengthy and tedious. you can check the posdaftar rate based on weight at :
