If i already took home loan shared with my bro can I take another home loan and share with my sis to buy a different aprtment?

It's not how many loans you have outstanding, but how much are you paying back monthly. So long as you have enough money, no problem. Just don't forget to take into account that you may possibly not have a job continuously. People lose their jobs all the time, frequently not through any fault of theirs (company close, layoff, etc).

If the house cost 500k, can I pay 50k as downpayment and borrow from bank 400k while the remaining 50k I use from my own pocket money?

Some on the 4th. |

interest is mostly standardize already for most of the bank . itz not a prob to get another loan , as long ur income & commitment can cover on it .
