I'm just curious where do i ask at the TM Point to see if my residential area is available to use 4MB. Should I just ask at the front counter near the entrance? or do i need to take number and ask the staff at customer service counter?

One more thing, since TM has enlist the areas with such service on their website, would it be a waste of time asking them whether my area has 4MB since my area is not listed on the website? it's just listed the nearest area.
