Is it true that the installation fee+advance payment FOC?
Last week i went to TMPOint (Dataran Senawang, Seremban) the told me the different story.
I have to pay for both.
because upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps is different.
They need to make wiring, bla bla bla...
If i'm not mistaken, the equipment is still same right?
Is it fibre optic?
Please confirm.

I just got back from TM Point, they ask me to pay RM88 for line check stability either the line can support 4mbps or not.
For 1st bill, i have to pay RM228.

Added on May 22, 2010, 10:56 amI upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps bbd.
Its been 2 weeks and i still got the old speed.
Called and scolded them so many times.
I still got the same answer.
The *cking installer was assigned to the wrong port.
I askd them to change it immediately.
They said DONE.
I did the test speed again. Still same.
Call them, and they said the installer still not setting the jumper.
Yesterday, I called the installer 25x and he not answer.
I''m so *king pissed.

FYI, I am from Seremban.
