if I am taking 1Mbps Rm99/month package, can I don't want the phone so that the phone rental fee can be waived or it is compulsory to have the phone 1?

thanks for the reply, I had registered for BBD110 and new phone line today. So normally how long does it take for them to come and set up everything to get my streamyx up for use?
