What will happen to the "advance charge of the 2nd month subcription fee", when in future we upgrade to other package or in case of termination after the contract period ?

It's been a month for me, havent got mine yet.

Hey guys, i upgraded my Streamyx from 1MB(RM88) to 4MB under Blockbuster Deal, n the line was activated on 16/3/2010. My monthly subscription fee should be RM140 or RM160 ? At the moment, they still charged me RM160. Called 100, they also insisted it RM160 not RM140 for 4MB.

Bcos they 're trying to encourage those subscribers for below 4MB to upgrade. N Normal 4MB package also can "upgrade" to BB package to enjoy reduced price.

BB also same like normal streamyx, that's only the package name, meaning to say, u can use it wired or wireless if u have proper modem/router/ap/switch ... etc. The wireless modem that they gaving for free is without switch, only 1 lan port, so in order to share more than 1 computer, either connect via wireless or buy another switch or replace the wireless modem from TM with an all in one modem.
