Hi guys, just wanted to ask, i upgraded my package from 512kbps to 1mbps, and i was told by the counter staff that they will ask technician to come my house for setup, so i'm wondering why do they still need to send someone to setup for me? At first i thought the technician will come to open port for me or whatever it called, but today i open PPS to watch movie and noticed the download speed has improved, from 500kbps (before upgrade) to 1000kbps (after upgrade), so i'm wondering whether i'm already on 1mbps speed or not...

EDIT: my modem page showing that my up/down rate is 2048/512.
