here i want explain a bit about the my experience in upgrading blockbuster deals 4mb package.

My dad went to TM point on monday, confirmed got 4mb on my area, so immediately upgrade to 4mb. Then, tuesday around 3pm, internet down a while and got 2mb as shown in the modem. Wednesday go to TM point asked for technician number at 1pm and 3pm called the technician. Then technician come to setup at 5:30pm. Thursday(Today) about 10:30am go to speed test, realize that got 218 ip. All of these done in four days.

I'm using BB deal 4mbps package since 2 years back. How to check if I can use my streamyx in TM wifi zone? Pls advise. Thanks
