its the 1st time roccat arrived here in malaysia.. not to say the distro faulty but from Roccat HQ itself..

for warranty wise, the supplier said it'll be not much a problem coz they keep buffer stocks for warranty replacement purpose smile.gif

if no immediate stocks available for replacement, it'll take 2-4 weeks to claim from Roccat HQ smile.gif
