umm.. i have a kova but having problem from the first day. it seems that for win7 users, sometimes ur kova mouse wont work. need to unplug ur mouse n replug it back to make it work, all this plug n unplug feels like dmging the usb for the mouse or my mobo 1 day..

i thought it was mobo problem, i actually brought my whole cpu n mouse back to moderno. they checked n say mouse no problem, its motherboard.. ive just changed my mobo yesterday, format pc n sadly out of 10 restarts, all 10 times also failed n have to change ports..

so i tried to google for solutions, it seems that this issue is COMMON... -.- the only so solution posted at roccat faq is to move the wheen up or down which is bs since it didnt work at all -.-

then i stumble upon alot kone problems because my result showed more kone issues.. where people can change their mouse up to 4 times in a year due to its wheel problem.

im not trying to disgrace roccat, just explaining my experience or what i've read. if you do not have the problem.. good for you.. just unlucky me sad.gif

so sad, awesome mouse but got problem.. i dont know what to do next.. send it back to moderno? but if they give me a new mouse.. the problem still wil be there ;(

Yes I did enable it..

today I took it back to moderno, they tested at their pc and yes it was the mouse problem.. I hope the replacement I get in the future doesnt have this problem anymore... smile.gif

I actually mailed to Roccat.. and got this respond from them..

"I have already heard of a few other customers who have had a similar problem with the Kova. At the moment we don’t have a final solution for it, I'm afraid."

/cry
