The mouse wheel in the V1 has a very fragile component holding it. Once broken, the mouse wheel no longer registers.

it appears that my kone seems to have a problem. i lent my kone to let my friend try it out but it appears that he told me that the scroll button has been faulty

its actually the right click of the scroll button. the left and middle button of the scroll button seems to be working fine. now i donno how would i RMA it it since i bought it from UK

anyways, the kone is still with my friend. i'll get it back and test it for myself to see what'a the problem actually. lol.....

Just asked my housemate to tune my Roccat Kave for me. And omg, now my Kave can vibrate more and it sounded so much nicer. He did boost my bass 6dB tho. Now I think my ear will bleed playing Battlefield Bad Company 2(Yes, War Tapes option!) . Lol. People who work in recording studio is just so different from a gamer like me. 

You need to ask in Battlefield Bad Company 2 forum. They will tell you    And could be the best sound effect in gaming to time. They kinda use a CPU core to just render the sound. Kinda like all X-FI and EAX features in software programming.

You can try this, but mind you, this is Youtube, can't see much different.

the only thing i don't like about kave because of too many wires... that's only a major problem for me since i wanna use it with my mp3 and other things too

silverfire... is that the wire can be detachable?

oh yeah! but when listen mp3 using winamp i have to enable the Bass Redirection on the soundcard for more bass and vibration . 1st time using kinda high-end headphone
