I bought my condo in 2008. It was 2nd Hand. I've received few letters regarding the cukai tanah from DBKL. But the name is under the previous owner's name. So my question is how to change the name to my name? If I go to any DBKL branches. What documents do I need to bring?

Bring official ownership documents such as strata title or deed of assignment to show them you are the new owner. Perhaps a simple cover letter telling DBKL what you want to do.
