shared vip, that would be great
although a bit confusing whenever server full of vips
(how to accommodate another vip, kick another vip?)

but, the shared listing should only happened when we have 2 servers
with 1 servers, it's quite impossible to do

fragnetics also provide vip access to their servers
if u pay for fragnetics vip, u can get into all of their servers even though the servers are full

pro:
fragnetics have a lot of servers, modes, maps

cons:
u'll feel lonely bcoz it's not a community server
no local admin

MBTCENTRAL.NET is hosted by fragnetics
the server located in sg administered by MBT guys
u'll only get vip access to MBTCENTRAL.NET servers only not fragnetics servers
from previous experience with bf2142, players in mbt's server are quite challenging and fun
(unless they packed the whole MBT clan in 1 team, that would be very tough for the opponent)
that's the main point of BFBC2

i got punked by pb

advantage, u'll get to enter the server even if the players already reach 32
non-vip will be kicked to allow other vip to enter and play in the server
other than that, nothing

5 tk i think, then kick
