Hey guys, I just realised this when I tried to play a TS video file.

Picture for comparison:

When I played the video with WMP 12, fraps shows 60fps, but on mpc, fraps only shows 30fps.
And in reality, the video looks much smoother on wmp as the framerate is higher.

What could be the problem?

Run the TS file in MediaInfo and put the result here.

As I suspected, the video is interlaced. WMP probably bobbed the video while MPC used pixel/vector adaptive deinterlacers to deinterlace the video.

Can you actually notice the difference? I tried alot of deinterlacing settings and I don't notice any difference.

Hi, I'm kinda lost here, I have exactly the same problem as the topic starter, but how do I set this "bob" thingy? I'm currently using K-Lite codec pack 6.60. Thanks smile.gif
