Initial D Street stage AD HOC party, Looking for some help

Okay so a friend of mine told me about PSN's AD HOC party for the PS3. Through reading other postings here I found that AD HOC party supports Initial D street stage, But I can't seem to find where anything on what world and room I can find it. So can any one help me out with that one?

yeah..finding to ppl to play with in ad hoc party is a pain. One method though is to set up a time n venue first in a forum (or anywhere u hang out) then find ur friends later in the ad hoc party
