Hello all sifus and gurus.
i wish to know if im selling a land. - when buyer place a deposit. - is it necessary that the geran tanah be handed to a lawyer in this case the buyers lawyer? - so that the buyer will use the title to make a short term loan. please give some info's. any help is much much appreciated.  |
