anyone knows why the new thread is still locked?

where is the TS? did he open it first before this thread reach 2500? then he goes away and do his stuff? so that he will definitely be the next thread TS?

im not sked at all he himself touched up the rules first, it is his problem now. i am consider as an old member here, so i know exactly what he went wrong

SC is a thread that gives people to talk freely, get to know people and have great fun. and i don't see the point of getting new rules for SC
