Toaster admin on RHEL4

i have installed qmail-toaster on RHEL4, i have problem going into the toaster admin page qmailadmin page. When i got to localhost/admin-toaster i cannot log in with the default username and password, when i got to localhost/mail/toaster.admin i get a internal server error. what is the likely cause of this problem?

RHEL comes with support... you can contact their support staff.
