for your case, the dark circles can be easily fixed with the active repair serum but since u cannot use that, then u will need botox eye gel.
botox eye gel cannot fix fine lines and if your fine lines are stubborn, then you will need aqua lift serum instead of the marine collagen gel but since your fine lines are caused by lack of moisture instead of aging, then you will need products like bcm to bring back the moisture and continue to use mcg. it takes time for ur case cuz its not caused by aging.
