May i ask (question related to xfw v4)
1. Extract original firmware v40.0.005 to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-356. i cant find data package...i can oni access till "nokia" and there are 5 folders named : adapters,codecs,mpapi,service layer and tss...so how do i continue? and the jaf service suite wont pop out..it stays in the taskbar and wun appear on the screen..(using windows 7) |

erm,i tried to flash 5800 using jaf...
3. Open JAF Service Suite 4. Tick the Manual Flash and tick Dead USB and untick CRT308. 5. Tick Use INI. (In about 2 seconds, a pop-up appears, now type RM-356 (Name would be 5800D-1). i have problem with the 5th step,there is nothing in the list of phone model.. i've followed the instructions and copied jaf_nok4models.ini to odeon/jaf but to no avail anyone knows the problem? |
