I'm facing the same problem, wanted to update the firmware via NSU, but it indicated that it's updated with V31.0.101

Hi, I have a noob question regarding playing video in the tube. I found out that the correct video format to be played in the tube is .mp4. I downloaded videos from youtube in the .mp4 format, but the video could not be played, only the audio is working. May I know how to overcome this problem? Do I need to convert the aspect ratio exactly to the 640x360?
