my sister 5800 cannot update using *#0000#..
she bought when this phone first release...
she also cannot use his secondary camera to take picture...
any solution??

Hard Reset finally available on our 5800XM with the latest v20 firmware, just press and hold GREEN call button + RED end button + CAMERA button and switch on the phone from off state and wait until the nokia logo comes out.

tired soft reset..
but doesnt work..
press green with my forefinger..red with middle finger
camera with my thumb..
ten time trying hard reset..but doesnt work.. ..
everything fine...no phone asking date..time..and other,,

yeah..v11..she bought when this phone 1st release in malaysia..
now when she see my phone have to slide when to answer a call...she also want that..huhu..

dont laught at my sister...she just know that her phone can use to make a call...take a pic..or video..listen to music..n sent a sms...
even now she just know that her phone have auto focus..the green box..lol..

my sister phone update form v.11 to..v31..
my tube update v40..sometime when want to answer a call..my tube just like normal tube before update..dont have to slide..just press n talk
but sometime..i need to slide..
it is normal??
