i downloaded Firmware 40.0.005 to my comp. then wat should i do? can someone teach me? new wif this.

i use my phone to check for update and it say no update found. but the version on my phone is so outdated d. i also dunno wat happen. the version is v11.

done reset the phone. the memory card asking for password. but i nvr set any password. lol. stil searching.
