guys...need help here.. i can update my 5800 about a month ago to v40..but now i wanna help my friend update his but it says the latest is v31?? wtf..any info here..plz help

it could just be another reason for them to sell their AP sets that werent sold back then when the ori 5800 1st came out with a cheaper price than ap sets.
