Added on March 22, 2010, 11:30 amremember the fonts only supporting for "READ", and for "WRITE" u will need more then just "a font" there are more files and tweak have to be done... that's why xm facing trouble previously with some of his xfw... what can do XM can't read chinese

so i think later he redo the mods using the original malaysia apac with minor tweak during languages removing... every single minor tweak might render the languange support unusable...

yes i think if u include all below "actual fonts" it would resolve all those language boxes issue, i think the firmware able to load 5~6 fonts if we have it inside the Z:\resource\fonts folder also u might as well don't mod the rofs2\resource\Bootdata\language.txt :

2. S60TCHK_C.ttf
3. S60ZDIGI.ttf
4. s60snr.ttf
5. s60ssb.ttf
6. s60tsb.ttf

search with "related" words? there's lots of mod on the 5800xm and the most latest one would be the firmware modding, lots of previous useful mods mostly been implemented into those cfw already...

I get mine in oct 2009 and the tv cable already no more loh...
and the usb cable short like mouse tail... hehehe

u can set only to retrieve mail once it's within your "set" wifi range mah... my wife using this method and once we're home the email will auto retrieve through our home wifi access...

i miss the tv out function

imagining putting those video from phone to tv....

no where to pinjam... but if really decided to get the tv cable just go to the shop and ask them to test first b4 buy loh...

wow... that's call "CHEATED" eh

using mykeylock currently as the side slider are difficult to reach inside the gel casing, but no fancy sliding lock/unlock just use the double red button to lock/unlock... resource wise i think not much use as i've startup free ~59Mb ram and after long run will stable at ~48Mb

I dont have the answer leh... from the DM forum below is the link regarding the swipolicy modding, but from what's there it seem that non of them doing any mod on those digits...

the swipolicy.ini might be wise to leave it alone and go for that 20 Caps swicertstore.dat hack... cause i think there's no point making extra hack if we already fix the phone with the ultimate one

what i really awaiting is the .core file editing where if it possible then we can direct mod those affected exe/dll files as per content of those rompatcher patches by hexing those exe/dll and put into the .core and flash so the phone will fully hacked without any rompatcher at all...

if not mistaken the "freesigner.sisx" utilise those "root cert" that install by the helloox that's why it can be install without any restriction (signed and free for install like the genuine nokia apps), so when we hacked those swicertstore.dat it will hardcoded that "root cert" (if not mistaken they hardcoded the 20 caps freesigner cert) into the system and afterward ANY apps that signed with those freesigner cert will be able to install freely (as the cert that use to signed those apps are already allowed as root)

but to utilise that root cert all those apps HAVE TO BE SIGNED... so this is when the rompatcher come handy where u no need to sign anything and able to install as the patches already disable the cert checking exe/dll functions

get ur effects and then put all the files into the ROFS2\resource\effects folder loh.... then when u flash all ur effects files will go into the Z: as the original theme effect...
