Getting Started Junior Member 296 posts Joined: Aug 2008	Done replacing the 3 files after Phoenix detected the original firmware files. Should I also replace the other files in the RM-356 folder with the XFW files as well? Or only the 3 files is sufficient? Any performance affected?

Or you have another version that worked on 64 bit? Added on March 26, 2010, 4:11 pmXM, the link you posted and the DCR-Ni guide both did not work on 64 bit.
