3. You are rich and u do not know what to do with your money and the phone is for sms and call most of the time.
No, 5800XM is not for you consider Nokia N86, SE Satio, SE Aino

4. I like to install plenty games and software into my phone
Yes, for lower range its 5800XM for higher range its N97 mini or X6


If you compare touch screen N97 MINI its much better than 5800XM
